All orders are shipped with Parcel-Force 48hrs service.
Orders placed before Friday 11am will be dispatched on the following Monday, for delivery Wednesday.
Orders placed before Tuesday 11am will be dispatched on Wednesday, for delivery Friday.
Orders placed before Thursday 11am will be dispatched on Friday, for delivery on the following Tuesday.
Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping.

All European orders will be dispatched with DPD. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 days, dependant on country. Please note we do not offer returns for European orders – so please be sure before buying!

How do I make a return?
If you have purchased an item from Home Selections within the last 30 days that is not completely suitable for you, please contact our Customer Services department to receive details of how to make a return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but instead, please contact our customer service team who will help arrange a collection from your dedicated address, on your behalf.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Is there a fee on returns?
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are charged at a rate of £7.50. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com.
